This frame includes acrylic as opposed to glass. This is because frames of this size can become extremely heavy when they have a glass front. They also become significantly less durable. The hanger has not been installed. This is so you can hang the frame however you want. If the hangers were preinstalled it would only be able to hang in one orientation. This way you can hang it either vertically or horizontally depending on your situation and artwork.
Last is the Economy Metal 12x18 Picture Frame. The biggest selling point of this frame is the price. They appear to be extremely high quality for the price. The base price on the website shows that it will cost extra for acrylic and backing though. This could work out great for you if you already have these things. As you would expect, this frame is made out of metal but it is also black. The black is extremely shiny and, if you keep it in good shape, really looks sharp. I imagine you will need to keep it clean to keep it this way. If anything can quickly ruin the way a shiny object looks quickly, its fingerprints.
